The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by George Pihl during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 9th match minute, Ljusterö RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Pihl to maneuver through the defense. Michael Helander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Patrik Nyström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patrik Nyström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Helander, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. If Bo Lindblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 20th match minute, Partizan Edsgarn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaf Asklund to maneuver through the defense. Patrik Nyström came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Partizan Edsgarn's Michael Helander. But to his dismay, Michael Helander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When Michael Helander got free in front of the goal in the 43rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Patrik Nyström was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Johannes Ödmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krister Dahlman in the 47th minute of play. Partizan Edsgarn's Johannes Ödmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krister Dahlman in the 48th minute of play. The Ljusterö RK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Partizan Edsgarn were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Krister Dahlman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Patrik Nyström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michael Helander's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Johannes Ödmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krister Dahlman in the 54th minute of play. Patrik Nyström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Helander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olof Bengtsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Patrik Nyström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Helander, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Michael Helander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patrik Nyström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Partizan Edsgarn's Bo Lindblom sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patrik Nyström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bo Lindblom's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patrik Nyström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Michael Helander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 83 minutes into the match, Ljusterö RK's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Helander came free, but Patrik Nyström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olof Bengtsson charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olof Bengtsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Partizan Edsgarn getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Olof Bengtsson hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Patrik Nyström successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 90th minute, Olof Bengtsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Johannes Ödmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torsten Göransson, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krister Dahlman in the 96th minute of play forced Partizan Edsgarn's goalkeeper Johannes Ödmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Bo Lindblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 99 minutes into the match, Partizan Edsgarn's Michael Helander sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patrik Nyström narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
