In the 5th minute, Magnus Beck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Örjans Valls Bollklubb were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Holms SK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ingvar Biörnberg took the corner. Örjans Valls Bollklubb's Ingvar Biörnberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gustav Sandström in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of Örjans Valls Bollklubb booed when Holms SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magnus Beck didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th match minute, Holms SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mats Västberg to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Örjans Valls Bollklubb booed when Holms SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magnus Beck didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute of the match Ingvar Biörnberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gustav Sandström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Agne Brodin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 22 minutes into the match, Calle Stor notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Holms SK's Gustav Sandström. Gustav Sandström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 30 minutes into the game, Gustaf Rydelius recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Agne Brodin. Gustaf Rydelius showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Jimmy Sävström charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jimmy Sävström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jimmy Sävström kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After 40 minutes, Simon Fransson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Holms SK and the Örjans Valls Bollklubb players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Kurt Söderberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Örjans Valls Bollklubb's supporters rose to their feet, but Kurt Söderberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustav Sandström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Jan-Åke Billberg's late challenge caught a Örjans Valls Bollklubb's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan-Åke Billberg helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of Holms SK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Örjans Valls Bollklubb:s goal. Holms SK:s Gustav Sandström showed great skill when he stopped Ingvar Biörnberg:s penalty. Agne Brodin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaf Rydelius in the 63rd minute of play. After having played for 68 minutes, Jan-Erik Forss managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Holms SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan-Erik Forss was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Örjans Valls Bollklubb defense, Gustaf Rydelius kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Agne Brodin. The Örjans Valls Bollklubb fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agne Brodin should have stopped the shot. If Gustaf Rydelius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erik Lundhberg hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Örjans Valls Bollklubb's Ingvar Biörnberg couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 79th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Holms SK. Kurt Söderberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gustav Sandström came out and tried to block the shot, but Kurt Söderberg slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 81st minute. Holms SK's Gustav Sandström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Söderberg in the 88th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Kurt Söderberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Örjans Valls Bollklubb's supporters rose to their feet, but Kurt Söderberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustav Sandström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
