Ingvar Hård was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Simon Wennerström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kista's supporters rose to their feet, but Simon Wennerström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ingvar Hård breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ingvar Hård made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Wennerström in the 20th minute of play. When Albin Back fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tandsbyn RK's protests and gave Albin Back a yellow card for diving instead. Albin Back hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After 26 minutes of play, Tandsbyn RK's Albin Back made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl-Michael Östlund was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Kista booed when Tandsbyn RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Back didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albin Back fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Michael Östlund having to interfere. Stig Sjögren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tandsbyn RK's Ingvar Hård played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Holger Berg in the 40th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Tandsbyn RK's goal looked a bit too open when Holger Berg came free, but Ingvar Hård reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Holger Berg was the one to do the kick off. If Simon Wennerström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
