Harald Blom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Beck in the 38th minute of play. When Daniel Beck came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Edane fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Beck couldn't finish the play. Ingvar Örnberg struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Harald Blom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Edane.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Beck was the one to do the kick off. Sonny Jönsson was extremely unlucky when he, in the 54th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Adrian Lundin ran back to his position shaking his head. Edane's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
