In the 15th minute Jack Göransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Sävström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, BK Klockan's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Göransson came free, but Jonas Sävström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, BK Klockan's Viktor Thidén got a free kick in the 22nd minute. The BK Klockan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The Evolution players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. BK Klockan were winning 0-1.

After a defensive mix-up in Evolution's zone, Aron Tidéksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Grubb came out of the goal and Aron Tidéksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 52nd match minute, Evolution was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Lång to maneuver through the defense.
