A collision led to Svinninge BK getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Roland Berggren hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Sven-Oskar Bolin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fritz Åström. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. In the 14th minute of the match, Jonas Dalgren got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fritz Åström was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 16 minutes into the match, Svinninge BK's Jonas Dalgren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fritz Åström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 17 minutes, Göran Björkkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alsterbro and the Svinninge BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Svinninge BK booed when Alsterbro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göran Björkkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Isak Bergman fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Svinninge BK's protests and gave Isak Bergman a yellow card for diving instead. Fritz Åström made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Isak Blom sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute, Henrik Österberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Jonas Dalgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Svinninge BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonas Dalgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fritz Åström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Torsten Wiklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 40th minute by Alexander Lägdin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Fritz Åström came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Svinninge BK's Jonas Dalgren. But to his dismay, Jonas Dalgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Fabian Deckberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmar Senen, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maximilian Adelsköld made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Oskar Bolin in the 57th minute of play forced Alsterbro's goalkeeper Fritz Åström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Alsterbro getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Henrik Österberg hit a great ball. After 64 minutes of play Alsterbro's Göran Björkkvist was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 65th match minute, Alsterbro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göran Björkkvist to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximilian Adelsköld in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Deckberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isak Blom in the 80th minute of play forced Alsterbro's goalkeeper Fritz Åström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the game, Jonas Dalgren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Svinninge BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alsterbro the free kick. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Svinninge BK had played much better football throughout.
