Spectators: 7622 (Terracing: 5833, Seating: 1789, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tage Falk made the kick off which started today's match. Charles Sigman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tage Falk in the 4th minute of the match. Tage Falk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Sigman having to interfere. When Övertorneå RK's Allan Pettersson in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hanken BoIS's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Hanken BoIS's Karl-Oskar Söderberg got a free kick in the 9th minute. After some careless play in the Hanken BoIS defense, Tage Falk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Charles Sigman. The Hanken BoIS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Charles Sigman should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Tage Falk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Charles Sigman was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Charles Sigman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henning Björk in the 20th minute of play. After 25 minutes, Tage Falk made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Hanken BoIS's Charles Sigman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Charles Sigman came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Övertorneå RK's Allan Pettersson. But to his dismay, Allan Pettersson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. When Allan Pettersson came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Övertorneå RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Allan Pettersson couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the game, Övertorneå RK's Allan Pettersson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Charles Sigman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 41 minutes into the game, Allan Pettersson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Charles Sigman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 44 minutes into the match, Allan Pettersson notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Hanken BoIS's Charles Sigman. Charles Sigman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Åke Alin to make the kick off. Charles Sigman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Allan Pettersson's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Hanken BoIS's Charles Sigman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Pettersson in the 54th minute of play. Tage Falk in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Charles Sigman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 66th minute Vilhelm Trulsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Sigman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Övertorneå RK's Lars Vase played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magne Rolandsson in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to Hanken BoIS getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Iphikles Spyridis hit a great ball. In the 72nd play minute Tage Falk came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Charles Sigman. 0-9. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tage Falk in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charles Sigman saved Hanken BoIS from getting behind. The supporters of Övertorneå RK booed when Hanken BoIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Arhenius didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Hanken BoIS's goalkeeper Charles Sigman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tage Falk. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tage Falk got free with Charles Sigman in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erik Arhenius kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When Michael Åkerström came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Övertorneå RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michael Åkerström couldn't finish the play. Övertorneå RK played a much better game than Hanken BoIS and deserved their victory. The Hanken BoIS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
