The corner ended in Edvard Hellqvist almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Amjuk's Zhan Nishkov did a great save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mats Rubarth in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zhan Nishkov saved FC Amjuk from getting behind. Zhan Nishkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Malte Danielsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 21 minutes FC Amjuk's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edvard Hellqvist who took care of the corner kick. After 23 played minutes Björnlunda IF got a freekick which was hit by Mats Rubarth. Eric Olofsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jon Lundkvist in the 26th minute. Eric Olofsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Knut Giliusson in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hakan Özselen in the 31st minute of play forced Björnlunda IF's goalkeeper Eric Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zhan Nishkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats Rubarth in the 33rd minute of the match. After 34 played minutes FC Amjuk got a freekick which was hit by Robert Browald. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Edvard Hellqvist the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Björnlunda IF protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Edvard Hellqvist had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Edvard Hellqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When Knut Giliusson fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Amjuk's protests and gave Knut Giliusson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 61st match minute, FC Amjuk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Knut Giliusson to maneuver through the defense. 63 minutes into the match, Björnlunda IF's goal looked a bit too open when Knut Giliusson came free, but Eric Olofsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eric Olofsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jon Lundkvist in the 68th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Mats Rubarth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Amjuk's Zhan Nishkov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save FC Amjuk from getting a goal against them. 79 minutes into the match, FC Amjuk's goal looked a bit too open when Mats Rubarth came free, but Zhan Nishkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mats Rubarth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Mats Rubarth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Björnlunda IF's Eric Olofsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Knut Giliusson in the 88th minute of play. If Christer Trillkott had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 93 played minutes FC Amjuk got a freekick which was hit by Harry Rosendal. The throw-in from Jens-Erik Hård in the 97th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Amjuk's Jens-Ola Månsson. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
