Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Grossepingen's Tadeusz Kociniewski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Grossepingen's goal looked a bit too open when Zbigniew Loncki came free, but Stasio Ciechocki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Piotr Kociniewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Tadeusz Kociniewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grossepingen's supporters rose to their feet, but Tadeusz Kociniewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aleksander Zecman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Piotr Kociniewski in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aleksander Zecman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 16 played minutes Grossepingen got a freekick which was hit by Damian Dobilas. 18 minutes into the game, Zenon Beninda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grossepingen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tensei the free kick. The supporters of Tensei booed when Grossepingen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zenon Beninda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tobiasz Glaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Tensei's Emil Trzaskoma got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 29 minutes into the match, Tensei's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeusz Kociniewski came free, but Aleksander Zecman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Piotr Kociniewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Aleksander Zecman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Kociniewski in the 31st minute of play forced Tensei's goalkeeper Aleksander Zecman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Zenon Beninda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Piotr Kociniewski got free with Aleksander Zecman in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Czeslaw Walicki hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Tensei's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeusz Kociniewski came free, but Aleksander Zecman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zbigniew Loncki to strike the kick off in the second half. Tobiasz Glaza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Stasio Ciechocki made a huge save. After having played for 55 minutes, Piotr Kociniewski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grossepingen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Piotr Kociniewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zbigniew Loncki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tobiasz Glaza's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Stasio Ciechocki firmly grabbed it by the left post. Grossepingen's Tadeusz Kociniewski got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aleksander Zecman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piotr Kociniewski in the 73rd minute of the match. A collision led to Grossepingen getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Zenon Beninda hit a great ball. Stasio Ciechocki made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Robert Nigbor sent off a good shot on target. Piotr Kociniewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damian Dobilas hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Stasio Ciechocki was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Eugeniusz Kolacki. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Kociniewski in the 96th minute of play forced Tensei's goalkeeper Aleksander Zecman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
