Zbyszek Czerniejewski took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucjan Faron. Lucjan Faron dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 11 minutes, Maksymilian Damaski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FcDbwa and the -MZ- Zawisza Bydgoszcz players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FcDbwa's Maksymilian Damaski got a free kick in the 11th minute. Lech Olejasz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edmund Adamski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in -MZ- Zawisza Bydgoszcz's zone, Zbyszek Czerniejewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucjan Faron came out of the goal and Zbyszek Czerniejewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 27 minutes, Zbyszek Czerniejewski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FcDbwa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zbyszek Czerniejewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stasio Daszkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucjan Faron having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, -MZ- Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goal looked a bit too open when Stasio Daszkowski came free, but Lucjan Faron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, FcDbwa's Stasio Daszkowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucjan Faron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Wit Wydrych sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 46thth minute of the game Zbyszek Czerniejewski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but -MZ- Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Lucjan Faron was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

After 52 played minutes -MZ- Zawisza Bydgoszcz got a freekick which was hit by Kazimierz Wawro. -MZ- Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Zbyszek Czerniejewski 55 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. Stasio Daszkowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucjan Faron. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stasio Daszkowski ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind -MZ- Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Lucjan Faron, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Stasio Daszkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucjan Faron having to interfere. -MZ- Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Lucjan Faron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszek Czerniejewski in the 64th minute of play. Zbyszek Czerniejewski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucjan Faron having to make a save. If Zbyszek Czerniejewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, -MZ- Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Lucjan Faron had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stasio Daszkowski. Zbyszek Czerniejewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucjan Faron having to interfere. Stasio Daszkowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucjan Faron having to make a save. Zbyszek Czerniejewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute, Zbyszek Czerniejewski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lucjan Faron. The goal made the score 0-5. The supporters of -MZ- Zawisza Bydgoszcz booed when FcDbwa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maksymilian Damaski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute, Stasio Daszkowski made a precise shot to the right of Lucjan Faron. -MZ- Zawisza Bydgoszcz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. After a rather tough play, FcDbwa's Maksymilian Damaski got a free kick in the 90th minute. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 93rd minute, but Lucjan Faron got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving -MZ- Zawisza Bydgoszcz hanging dry this time. In the 94th minute, -MZ- Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Zbyszek Czerniejewski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When the final whistle sounded FcDbwa left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than -MZ- Zawisza Bydgoszcz.
