Chozas UD's Marco Maroto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esquipula Camacho in the 21st minute of play. Marco Maroto came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Hormigon's Santi Japón. But to his dismay, Santi Japón quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. With 32 minutes on the clock, Oliverio Ortiz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Chozas UD:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Atletico Hormigon:s goal. The referee gave Atletico Hormigon a penalty, 34 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Claudio Mendez, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chozas UD's Marco Maroto. 0-4. Marco Maroto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esquipula Camacho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eduardo Cainzos was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Olo Cabrera capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Olo Cabrera really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Marco Maroto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esquipula Camacho in the 47th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santi Japón to make the kick off. Chozas UD's Marco Maroto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Chozas UD from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Troy Villanueva in the 53rd minute of play forced Atletico Hormigon's goalkeeper Eduardo Cainzos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atletico Hormigon's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
