Zeru Peña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otero Saura in the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona's goal looked a bit too open when Isandro Erosa came free, but Xalo Dobale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clemencin santillana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Veremundo Alcantara managed to get in a good position for a shot. SPL's supporters rose to their feet, but Veremundo Alcantara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xalo Dobale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Veremundo Alcantara got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 46 minutes in the game, Isandro Erosa fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Xalo Dobale having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Veremundo Alcantara made a kick off. After 54 played minutes, SPL's Fidencio Cabezas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Xalo Dobale came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SPL reached it. Isandro Erosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xalo Dobale having to interfere. The supporters of SPL booed when FC Barcelona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prudencio Sánchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 64 minutes, Prudencio Sánchez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Barcelona and the SPL players grew even worse after the yellow card. Prudencio Sánchez kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Marcial Benedicto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clemencin santillana couldn't finish the play. After having played for 93 minutes, Fidencio Cabezas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SPL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fidencio Cabezas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Veremundo Alcantara in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xalo Dobale prevented the ball from getting in the gole. SPL walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
