Manolo De Toro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 11 minutes, Filiberto Sobrado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Enoteca F.C. and the Almagro players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th match minute, Enoteca F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiberto Sobrado to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Almagro's Montay Ruiz tried to score from far away in the 12th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 25 minutes into the game, Llope Ucero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Almagro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Enoteca F.C. the free kick. In the 25th minute, Llope Ucero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 31 minutes, Lauro Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Almagro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lauro Castro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lauro Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Enoteca F.C.'s Blasco Contreras tried to score from far away in the 36th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Austin Morales to make the kick off. Santi Quesada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Odon Alonso having to interfere. If Manuel Andres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Almagro! In the 75th minute Manolo De Toro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Odon Alonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Enoteca F.C. booed when Almagro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Llope Ucero didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Manuel Andres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santi Quesada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santi Quesada got free with Odon Alonso in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Manolo De Toro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Austin Morales managed to get in a good position for a shot. Enoteca F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Austin Morales was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salvador Solera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
