Spectators: 5001 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Therkild Grahn made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Rorup fc booed when Skjold was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilmar Windekær didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, Bengt Wittenfalk sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Skjold's Einer Aabank didn't even have to move. If Stuart Sindhall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stuart Sindhall in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Einer Aabank saved Skjold from getting behind. Mattæus Kracke charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mattæus Kracke the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th match minute, Skjold was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattæus Kracke to maneuver through the defense. Skjold's Einer Aabank proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Skjold from getting a goal against them. Rorup fc's Stuart Sindhall was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 21st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Altman in the 24th minute of play forced Skjold's goalkeeper Einer Aabank to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mario Altman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Einer Aabank showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Altman in the 32nd minute of the match. Troels Tilly showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niklaes Fjordmark, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After having played for 36 minutes, Therkild Grahn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skjold's supporters crossed their fingers, but Therkild Grahn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Niklaes Fjordmark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Troels Tilly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Therkild Grahn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Rorup fc's zone, Niklaes Fjordmark stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Troels Tilly came out of the goal and Niklaes Fjordmark tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stuart Sindhall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Skjold getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Karim Davolio hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Mario Altman made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Altman in the 54th minute of play forced Skjold's goalkeeper Einer Aabank to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mario Altman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Einer Aabank having to interfere. Einer Aabank showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Altman in the 65th minute of the match. A collision led to Skjold getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Vilmar Windekær hit a great ball. Mario Altman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Einer Aabank having to make a save. Stuart Sindhall might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Einer Aabank. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stuart Sindhall ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Mario Altman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rorup fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Mario Altman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Einer Aabank breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 71st minute, Stuart Sindhall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rd match minute, Skjold was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattæus Kracke to maneuver through the defense. Einer Aabank made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stuart Sindhall in the 81st minute of play. Skjold's Therkild Grahn got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 91st minute, Skjold's Therkild Grahn ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Troels Tilly. Troels Tilly yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. The Skjold supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Skjold would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
