Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nicko Kiilsgaard started the match with the kick off. Einer Aabank made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Denis Lundemoes sent off a good shot on target. In the 6th match minute, Intrup FV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roar Maletzki to maneuver through the defense. Rudi Hemfelt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Therkild Grahn, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Therkild Grahn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Einer Aabank took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicko Kiilsgaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Therkild Grahn to strike the kick off in the second half. Rudi Hemfelt made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Niklaes Fjordmark sent off a good shot on target. Therkild Grahn received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rudi Hemfelt came out and tried to block the shot, but Therkild Grahn slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 59th minute. In the 64th minute Denis Lundemoes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Einer Aabank saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denis Lundemoes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Einer Aabank tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, Skjold was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Helge Jøkladal to maneuver through the defense. Skjold's Therkild Grahn got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd match minute, Intrup FV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Malten to maneuver through the defense. Niklaes Fjordmark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulrick Urick charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulrick Urick the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Erhard Gersbo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 89th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Rudi Hemfelt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niklaes Fjordmark in the 95th minute. After having played for 96 minutes, Therkild Grahn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skjold's supporters crossed their fingers, but Therkild Grahn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Skjold eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
