Hilbert Godtvig charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hilbert Godtvig the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Niclas Grenzer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Per Hoppe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per Hoppe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milton Vestervang, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 17 minutes into the game, Peiter Ringler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nordskov's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Biskopstorp the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 17th minute of the game. One of Nordskov:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Biskopstorp:s goal. Nikolaj Lindhal went to the wrong direction when Sivart Højegaard was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After having played for 22 minutes, Dick Watson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Biskopstorp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dick Watson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Asmus Burgunder during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Dick Watson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Biskopstorp's supporters rose to their feet, but Dick Watson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nikolaj Lindhal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Milton Vestervang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Per Hoppe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per Hoppe came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Nordskov's Niclas Grenzer. But to his dismay, Niclas Grenzer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Niclas Grenzer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per Hoppe having to interfere. Per Hoppe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milton Vestervang in the 42nd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Asmus Burgunder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roland Lykkeø received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Nikolaj Lindhal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dick Watson to strike the kick off in the second half. Nikolaj Lindhal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Lykkeø, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Niclas Grenzer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Per Hoppe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 56 played minutes Nordskov got a freekick which was hit by Teddy Graabæk. Roland Lykkeø sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Nordskov's goalkeeper Nikolaj Lindhal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 63 minutes of play, Biskopstorp's Dick Watson made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nikolaj Lindhal was left in no man's land by his defense there! 71 minutes into the game, one of Biskopstorp:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. With a little luck, Biskopstorp's Per Hoppe got control of the ball when Niclas Grenzer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roland Lykkeø fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikolaj Lindhal having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dick Watson in the 80th minute of play forced Nordskov's goalkeeper Nikolaj Lindhal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute, Dick Watson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nordskov's Nikolaj Lindhal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Lykkeø in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, Felix Hebæk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nordskov's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Biskopstorp the free kick. In the 86th match minute, Nordskov was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Hebæk to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in Biskopstorp fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roland Lykkeø in the 99th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nikolaj Lindhal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Nordskov supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nordskov would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
