In the 9thth minute of the game Eckehard Dupke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Esile's Marcio Hebel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC Esile's Marcio Hebel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eckehard Dupke in the 11th minute of play. Rainer Hollinghausen took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcio Hebel. Marcio Hebel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rainer Hollinghausen couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Waldemar Jokerst to strike the kick off in the second half. 62 minutes into the match, FC Esile's goalkeeper Marcio Hebel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eckehard Dupke. The supporters of FC Ormont booed when FC Esile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Bobzien didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Esile's zone, Eckehard Dupke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcio Hebel came out of the goal and Eckehard Dupke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Uwe Bertelmann's late challenge caught a FC Ormont's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Uwe Bertelmann helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th match minute, FC Esile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uwe Bertelmann to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, FC Esile's goal looked a bit too open when Rainer Hollinghausen came free, but Marcio Hebel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The long shot by Perry Haileck in the 78th minute really tested Marcio Hebel's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. FC Esile's Marcio Hebel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rainer Hollinghausen in the 84th minute of play. FC Esile's Marcio Hebel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save FC Esile from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eckehard Dupke got free with Marcio Hebel in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eckehard Dupke's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Marcio Hebel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. FC Ormont's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
