Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Emanuel Wolter got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute, Hendrik Heidrich hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Asmus Rady made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Wolter in the 11th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Jafar Pape was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oberpierscheid FSV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Seßlach the free kick. After 14 minutes of play, FC Seßlach's Leandros Drösser made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Asmus Rady was left in no man's land by his defense there! During the 16th minute of the match Jafar Pape completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jafar Pape a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Oberpierscheid FSV's Jafar Pape got a free kick in the 17th minute. Josip Gänßle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Odo Haupt made a huge save. Asmus Rady didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Joosten went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. When Friedemann Gögge fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oberpierscheid FSV's protests and gave Friedemann Gögge a yellow card for diving instead. Friedemann Gögge hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After 27 played minutes FC Seßlach got a freekick which was hit by Philo Wilkendorf. Matthias W Drewniak kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Marcel Hildebrand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Oberpierscheid FSV's Dominik Hermsdorf got a free kick in the 37th minute. Philo Wilkendorf was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 37th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 40th minute, Josip Gänßle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emanuel Wolter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcel Hildebrand was the one to do the kick off. Asmus Rady showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Wolter in the 54th minute of the match. The supporters of Oberpierscheid FSV booed when FC Seßlach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sascha Kunter didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Josip Gänßle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oberpierscheid FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Josip Gänßle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Odo Haupt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Asmus Rady made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norman Grob in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Joosten got free with Asmus Rady in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Norman Grob came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the FC Seßlach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norman Grob couldn't finish the play. After having played for 79 minutes, Josip Gänßle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oberpierscheid FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Josip Gänßle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oberpierscheid FSV's Asmus Rady played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Wolter in the 86th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Friedemann Gögge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Odo Haupt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josip Gänßle in the 94th minute of play. The Oberpierscheid FSV fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Seßlach were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
