Spectators: 6779 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Palmiro Lenz started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Conor Eberhart during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Conor Eberhart kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Baptiste Berg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nino Pfiffer having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baptiste Berg in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nino Pfiffer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 10th minute, Charlie Waltispühl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Baptiste Berg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nino Pfiffer was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Beniamino Sankt received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Feliciano Ritter came out and tried to block the shot, but Beniamino Sankt slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. If Baptiste Berg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baptiste Berg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nino Pfiffer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. The Liebistorf fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Liebistorf's Palmiro Lenz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nino Pfiffer came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Liebistorf's Palmiro Lenz. But to his dismay, Palmiro Lenz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Stef Cinq-Mars's late challenge caught a Liebistorf's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stef Cinq-Mars helped the player get up and apologised. Stef Cinq-Mars kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Baptiste Berg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Nino Pfiffer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Liebistorf's Palmiro Lenz got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Palmiro Lenz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baptiste Berg scored 1-3 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nino Pfiffer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Liebistorf were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Beniamino Sankt was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Belfaux AC's goalkeeper Nino Pfiffer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baptiste Berg. The supporters of Liebistorf booed when Belfaux AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregor Merkt didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Palmiro Lenz came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Liebistorf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Palmiro Lenz couldn't finish the play. Palmiro Lenz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baptiste Berg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nino Pfiffer having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Joseph Dolder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baptiste Berg got free with Nino Pfiffer in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Palmiro Lenz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baptiste Berg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Nino Pfiffer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Belfaux AC's Nino Pfiffer got control of the ball when Baptiste Berg tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute, Stef Cinq-Mars hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nino Pfiffer didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Liebistorf's Palmiro Lenz shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-4 in the ordered_time% minute. Nino Pfiffer came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Liebistorf's Baptiste Berg. But to his dismay, Baptiste Berg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. When the match was over Liebistorf could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Belfaux AC throughout the match.
