Fabrizio Zinniker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Uwe Unger to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Beaumont's goalkeeper Fabrizio Zinniker had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodrique Luft. After a defensive mix-up in Vionnaz's zone, Uwe Unger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Colin Lingg came out of the goal and Uwe Unger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice moves Brendan Büeler could shoot a difficult shot in the 57th minute, which Fabrizio Zinniker however easily saved by the left post. In the 59th minute, Uwe Unger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 61 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Beaumont! When the match had been going on for 64 minutes, Vionnaz's Charlie Bühlmann got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fabrizio Zinniker. The supporters of Beaumont booed when Vionnaz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrique Luft didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabrizio Zinniker made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodrique Luft in the 71st minute. In the 77th minute Claude Emhardt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrizio Zinniker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabrizio Zinniker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claude Emhardt in the 79th minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Basil Moench got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 87 minutes, Greg Nietlispach mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beaumont and the Vionnaz players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fabrizio Zinniker went to the wrong direction when Charlie Bühlmann was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. With his leg Fabrizio Zinniker managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when Vionnaz's Brendan Büeler fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 96 minutes into the match, Beaumont's goal looked a bit too open when Claude Emhardt came free, but Fabrizio Zinniker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrique Luft received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fabrizio Zinniker came out and tried to block the shot, but Rodrique Luft slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 99th minute. When the match was over Vionnaz could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Beaumont throughout the match.
