Spectators: 7593 (Terracing: 5696, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 151) Teodor Cozmâncă started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Teodor Cozmâncă left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The U.T.A.-S.U.R. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 6 minutes of play, U.T.A.-S.U.R.'s Teodor Cozmâncă made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nistor Horia was left in no man's land by his defense there! 18 minutes into the match, Furcsoara's goalkeeper Nistor Horia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodor Cozmâncă. Nistor Horia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcel Turlea in the 19th minute of play. After 23 minutes of play, Furcsoara's Filip Ţirpe made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucian Voinescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 28 minutes of play, U.T.A.-S.U.R.'s Teodor Cozmâncă made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nistor Horia was left in no man's land by his defense there! 33 minutes into the match, Marcel Turlea notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Furcsoara's Nistor Horia. Nistor Horia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an all-out effort, U.T.A.-S.U.R.'s Nistor Horia threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mihail Aldulescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nistor Horia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Ioviță, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Octav Nițu succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 5-1 in the 42nd playminute. After 46 played minutes Furcsoara got a freekick which was hit by Eliodor Bungeanu. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Filip Ţirpe made the kick off in the second half. Nistor Horia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcel Turlea's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. A collision led to Furcsoara getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Octavian Babeș hit a great ball. Nistor Horia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihail Aldulescu in the 56th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Furcsoara's zone, Marcel Turlea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nistor Horia came out of the goal and Marcel Turlea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 59 minutes, Silviu Agud mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the U.T.A.-S.U.R. and the Furcsoara players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, U.T.A.-S.U.R.'s Silviu Agud got a free kick in the 59th minute. Filip Ţirpe, 60 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Silviu Agud put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Nistor Horia. Nistor Horia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octav Nițu in the 72nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silviu Agud in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nistor Horia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nistor Horia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcel Turlea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes in the game Dinu Dedu did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gheorghe Mendrea. Furcsoara's Nistor Horia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octav Nițu in the 82nd minute of play. In the 88th minute Teodor Cozmâncă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nistor Horia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucian Voinescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Ţirpe in the 91st minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Teodor Cozmâncă ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nistor Horia was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. There was no doubt that U.T.A.-S.U.R. were the better team. U.T.A.-S.U.R.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
