MUSTAFA KEMAL PAŞA's Ahmet Koralp Kuvvet got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmet Koralp Kuvvet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 15 played minutes, Orhangazi's Zühtü Temizel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hüseyin Turan Şükrü came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Orhangazi reached it. Hüseyin Turan Şükrü stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Önder Kutam's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. İldeniz Tayfur kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, MUSTAFA KEMAL PAŞA's Kasım Tonguç tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 20 minutes into the game, Ahmet Koralp Kuvvet lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Mehmet Emrah Nedret. Hüseyin Turan Şükrü showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İskender Baki Vecdet, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After some careless play in the MUSTAFA KEMAL PAŞA defense, Önder Kutam kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hüseyin Turan Şükrü. The MUSTAFA KEMAL PAŞA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hüseyin Turan Şükrü should have stopped the shot. Hüseyin Turan Şükrü showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Önder Kutam, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. İskender Baki Vecdet struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Hüseyin Turan Şükrü didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orhangazi. After a defensive mix-up in Orhangazi's zone, Ahmet Koralp Kuvvet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Emrah Nedret came out of the goal and Ahmet Koralp Kuvvet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hüseyin Turan Şükrü made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İskender Baki Vecdet in the 42nd minute of play. İskender Baki Vecdet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hüseyin Turan Şükrü having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Önder Kutam to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes MUSTAFA KEMAL PAŞA got a freekick which was hit by Raşit Beykan. After recieving a nice pass, Orhangazi's İldeniz Tayfur tried to score from far away in the 55th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Bora Eldem charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bora Eldem the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 58 played minutes MUSTAFA KEMAL PAŞA got a freekick which was hit by Bora Eldem. İskender Baki Vecdet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd minute Ahmet Koralp Kuvvet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Emrah Nedret saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, MUSTAFA KEMAL PAŞA's goal looked a bit too open when Önder Kutam came free, but Hüseyin Turan Şükrü reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hüseyin Turan Şükrü was a little too slow when Önder Kutam got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 1-2. 87 minutes into the match, MUSTAFA KEMAL PAŞA's goal looked a bit too open when Önder Kutam came free, but Hüseyin Turan Şükrü reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 94 minutes, Ahmet Koralp Kuvvet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MUSTAFA KEMAL PAŞA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Koralp Kuvvet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Orhangazi eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
