DoSmA's Ryszard Skaradoski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cihangir Özdemir in the 6th minute of play. In the 10th match minute, Tortum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet İlke Sözmen to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute Nusrettin Unan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Nafiz Özkul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet İlke Sözmen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ryszard Skaradoski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, DoSmA's goal looked a bit too open when Cihangir Özdemir came free, but Ryszard Skaradoski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. DoSmA's Lütfi Orsel shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 20th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ahmet Nafiz Özkul but with some difficulty. Nusrettin Unan charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nusrettin Unan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Bektaş Veli Enfa fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DoSmA's protests and gave Bektaş Veli Enfa a yellow card for diving instead. Ryszard Skaradoski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet İlke Sözmen in the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, DoSmA's Devran Uğur seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Devran Uğur the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of DoSmA protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Devran Uğur had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Ryszard Skaradoski went to the wrong direction when Nihat Erdönmez was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Ahmet Nafiz Özkul stood somewhat misplaced when Sertaç Ağca came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 38 minute. Ryszard Skaradoski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cihangir Özdemir in the 43rd minute of the match. Ryszard Skaradoski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Cafer Ayhan in the 44th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sertaç Ağca to make the kick off. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tortum's goalkeeper Ahmet Nafiz Özkul, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Sertaç Ağca got free in front of the goal in the 64th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Ahmet Nafiz Özkul was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When DoSmA's Sertaç Ağca in 64 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Ahmet Nafiz Özkul guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After a rather tough play, DoSmA's İbrahim Giryar got a free kick in the 65th minute. Ahmet İlke Sözmen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Skaradoski having to interfere. In the 69th match minute, Tortum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Cafer Ayhan to maneuver through the defense. After 70 minutes, Ahmet İlke Sözmen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tortum and the DoSmA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th minute, Ahmet İlke Sözmen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, DoSmA's İbrahim Giryar got a free kick in the 70th minute. Ahmet İlke Sözmen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Ryszard Skaradoski made a huge save. Ryszard Skaradoski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cihangir Özdemir in the 73rd minute. After 74 played minutes Tortum got a freekick which was hit by Nihat Erdönmez. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, İbrahim Giryar managed to get in a good position for a shot. DoSmA's supporters rose to their feet, but İbrahim Giryar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Nafiz Özkul breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Tortum booed when DoSmA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lütfi Orsel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ryszard Skaradoski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nihat Erdönmez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ryszard Skaradoski made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Cihangir Özdemir sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 93 minutes, Tansel Vecih managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DoSmA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tansel Vecih was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tortum's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
