Zühtü Birhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ahmet Emir Özbay came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Caybasi JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Emir Özbay couldn't finish the play. Orçun Cengel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 27 minutes, Hakkı Şahkar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caybasi JK and the GÖKÇELİ SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hakkı Şahkar hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Mazhar Bozlak managed to get in a good position for a shot. GÖKÇELİ SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Mazhar Bozlak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Hamdi Refiğ breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ahmet Emir Özbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Ahmet Emir Özbay put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gani Yumus. In the 43rd minute, Hakkı Şahkar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute Baykal Beyazit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gani Yumus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

52 minutes into the game, Caybasi JK's Ahmet Emir Özbay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gani Yumus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After a rather tough play, GÖKÇELİ SK's Cuma Tura got a free kick in the 55th minute. Baykal Beyazit took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gani Yumus. Gani Yumus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mazhar Bozlak in the 62nd minute of play forced Caybasi JK's goalkeeper Ahmet Hamdi Refiğ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Hakkı Şahkar came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Caybasi JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hakkı Şahkar couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, GÖKÇELİ SK's Ahmet Hamdi Kirmanşah got a free kick in the 74th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Caybasi JK's goal looked a bit too open when Orçun Cengel came free, but Ahmet Hamdi Refiğ reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baykal Beyazits short, quick shot in the 82ndth minute got Gani Yumus to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 83 minutes, Cuma Tura mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GÖKÇELİ SK and the Caybasi JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 83rd minute, Cuma Tura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baykal Beyazit's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gani Yumus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Baykal Beyazit recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmet Emir Özbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Caybasi JK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
