If Cauã Vasconcelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grêmio Esportivo 20 Julho's Sylwester Zarobski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Iztal in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Rony Félix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylwester Zarobski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute Valdir Cavalcante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Toscano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute Cléberson Fantini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylwester Zarobski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Crisólia FBPA booed when Grêmio Esportivo 20 Julho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Túlio Ortiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dário Mesquita in the 90th minute of play forced Crisólia FBPA's goalkeeper Ismael Toscano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Crisólia FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Valdir Cavalcante came free, but Ismael Toscano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Tiaguinho Saldanha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grêmio Esportivo 20 Julho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crisólia FBPA the free kick. A collision led to Grêmio Esportivo 20 Julho getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Tiaguinho Saldanha hit a great ball. In the 96th minute, Ernani Baiano made a precise shot to the right of Sylwester Zarobski. Grêmio Esportivo 20 Julho's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Crisólia FBPA had played much better football throughout.
