Franciszek Kiewra started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, São José E. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Souza to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Paulo Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dagoberto Dracena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Gualter Guedes in the 9th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Trindade Atlético Club's Falcão de Barros. In the 12th minute, Luís Gustavo Paraíba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th match minute, São José E. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Souza to maneuver through the defense. Dagoberto Dracena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Paulo Vaz having to interfere. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind São José E. C.'s goalkeeper Luiz Paulo Vaz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Dagoberto Dracena left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trindade Atlético Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Dagoberto Dracena sped through São José E. C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Luiz Paulo Vaz. 29 minutes into the match, São José E. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Dagoberto Dracena came free, but Luiz Paulo Vaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by São José E. C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eşref Guftar was slow to take the kick. During this time Trindade Atlético Club's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Trindade Atlético Club's Eşref Guftar to fire away a dangerous shot which Luiz Paulo Vaz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 33rd minute Zé Vaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiaguinho Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute of the match, Franciszek Kiewra got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tiaguinho Correia was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 38th minute, 胡思朋 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dagoberto Dracena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Trindade Atlético Club were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Dagoberto Dracena made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Trindade Atlético Club's Dagoberto Dracena sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Paulo Vaz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luiz Paulo Vaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dagoberto Dracena in the 53rd minute of the match. Tiaguinho Correia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 胡思朋, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dagoberto Dracena got free with Luiz Paulo Vaz in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Luiz Paulo Vaz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. São José E. C.'s goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dagoberto Dracena 65 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Trindade Atlético Club's Maurinho Dias was substituted for Vintilă Ungur. São José E. C.'s Luiz Paulo Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Víktor Magalhães in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Trindade Atlético Club's Víktor Magalhães sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Paulo Vaz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luiz Paulo Vaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Víktor Magalhães in the 74th minute of the match. Víktor Magalhães's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luiz Paulo Vaz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Víktor Magalhães in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Paulo Vaz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 87 minutes of play, Trindade Atlético Club's Víktor Magalhães made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luiz Paulo Vaz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 90 minutes into the game, Vicente Souza threw the ball into play from the sideline. Trindade Atlético Club's Maurinho Dias quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 91 minutes of play, Trindade Atlético Club's Víktor Magalhães made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luiz Paulo Vaz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 96th minute, Víktor Magalhães made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Paulo Vaz. São José E. C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Trindade Atlético Club played a much better game than São José E. C. and deserved their victory. The São José E. C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
