Valentin Bujor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Braga Junior FC's Valério Matorin suffered a sore thigh after 20 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 20 minutes, Nicu Ilieș mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the D.P.Aarburg and the Braga Junior FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Braga Junior FC's Remo Moreno was substituted for Valério Matorin. Nicu Ilieș hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Rafael Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Braga Junior FC's Dinei Sergipano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valentin Bujor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half Braga Junior FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and David Peralta made a kick off. Valentin Bujor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinei Sergipano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Unai Loizaga's late challenge caught a Braga Junior FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Unai Loizaga helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th match minute, D.P.Aarburg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Unai Loizaga to maneuver through the defense. Valentin Bujor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remo Moreno, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Braga Junior FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cristiano Håland in the 66th minute. A nice corner shot did that Dinei Sergipano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Valentin Bujor quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 74th minute Rafael Navarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brickeen Wall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Dinei Sergipano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Braga Junior FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dinei Sergipano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentin Bujor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. D.P.Aarburg's Leal Castilho was substituted for David Peralta. Octávio Bento hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leal Castilho in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brickeen Wall saved Braga Junior FC from getting behind. 89 minutes into the game, D.P.Aarburg's Leal Castilho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brickeen Wall made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Dinei Sergipano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
