FALCÕES VERDES made a substitution. Gugu Mello replaced Vivaldo Ferreira. FALCÕES VERDES's Pietro Santos was substituted for Juvenal Urbano. Thomás Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Baita in the 34th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, FALCÕES VERDES's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Baita came free, but Thomás Fernandes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute Gugu Mello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Poul Knoblauch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 54 minutes of play, FALCÕES VERDES's Gugu Mello made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Poul Knoblauch was left in no man's land by his defense there! Poul Knoblauch didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gugu Mello went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Robert Baita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Thomás Fernandes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 63rd minute Betinho Lenzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Poul Knoblauch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomás Fernandes made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Franz Gloz sent off a good shot on target. 65 minutes into the match, ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s goal looked a bit too open when Betinho Lenzi came free, but Poul Knoblauch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute FALCÕES VERDES were awarded a corner. Pietro Santos went to the cornerflag to take it. Cristiano Bueno was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Poul Knoblauch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Betinho Lenzi in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betinho Lenzi in the 74th minute of play forced ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s goalkeeper Poul Knoblauch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Poul Knoblauch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gugu Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s Poul Knoblauch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gugu Mello in the 79th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Franz Gloz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thomás Fernandes. That made the score 2-3 in the 81 minute of play. ♞Sir Galahad FC♞ made a substitution. Rui Rosado replaced Sílvio Luiz Quirino. 88 minutes into the match, Robert Baita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thomás Fernandes. FALCÕES VERDES's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Baita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. If Franz Gloz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
