In the 4th match minute, Laranja Mecânica SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yuri Quirino to maneuver through the defense. Arruda futebol clube's Arí Carvalho couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 5th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Laranja Mecânica SC. With a little luck, Arruda futebol clube's Amauri Paulista got control of the ball when Felipe Severo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Amauri Paulista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Salgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 15th minute, Yan Mota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kléberson de Brito in the 19th managed to get into a good position.
