Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Felipe Severo started the match with the kick off. Jerônimo Arantes kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Felipe Severo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Laranja Mecânica SC's goal looked a bit too open when Caio Catarinense came free, but Nicolas de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronaldão de Sousa made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Felipe Severo sent off a good shot on target. Felipe Severo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Ronaldão de Sousa made a huge save. The Laranja Mecânica SC fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Laranja Mecânica SC's Felipe Severo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ronaldão de Sousa was a little too slow when José Salgado got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 3-0. After 44 played minutes Laranja Mecânica SC got a freekick which was hit by Yuri Quirino. In the 47th minute of the match Elói Quintal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicolas de Azevedo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Caio Catarinense was the one to do the kick off. Ronaldão de Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Severo in the 54th minute of play. After 57 minutes of play, Zico F.C's Caio Catarinense made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolas de Azevedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 61st minute Felipe Severo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldão de Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Reis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Nicolas de Azevedo made a huge save. The supporters of Laranja Mecânica SC booed when Zico F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Adolfo Toscano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 69 played minutes Zico F.C got a freekick which was hit by Jerônimo Arantes. 73 minutes into the game, Laranja Mecânica SC's Felipe Severo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronaldão de Sousa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. After 77 minutes of play, Laranja Mecânica SC's Felipe Severo made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronaldão de Sousa was left in no man's land by his defense there! José Salgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ronaldão de Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Felipe Severo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldão de Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th match minute, Laranja Mecânica SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yuri Quirino to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Caio Catarinense in the 98th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicolas de Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee ended the match the Laranja Mecânica SC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
