Renan Quirino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palestrinos United FC. In the 10th minute, Matheus Melo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matheus Melos short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Renan Quirino to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Palestrinos United FC's Matheus Melo came free and shot a quick shot against goal 19 minutes in the game, fortunately Renan Quirino had problems saving as it came toward the left post. After a rather tough play, Palestrinos United FC's Sidnei Britto got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Lúcio da Mata managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palestrinos United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lúcio da Mata was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Renan Quirino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Matheus Melo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Renan Quirino firmly grabbed it by the left post. Frederico Ribeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Palestrinos United FC's Matheus Melo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Renan Quirino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Lúcio da Mata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Luís Paulo de Barros made the kick off in the second half. Luís Paulo de Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Vítor Soares having to interfere. After having played for 56 minutes, Lúcio da Mata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palestrinos United FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lúcio da Mata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th match minute, Real Kyuu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cláudio Mattos to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute Matheus Melo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renan Quirino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matheus Melo in the 60th minute of play forced Real Kyuu's goalkeeper Renan Quirino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Sidnei Tróia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palestrinos United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sidnei Tróia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Renan Quirino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orlando Braga during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Real Kyuu getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Orlando Braga hit a great ball. Palestrinos United FC's Patrick Lopes couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 70th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Real Kyuu. Renan Quirino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lúcio da Mata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcos de Sena hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Lúcio da Mata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Renan Quirino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Renan Quirino didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Palestrinos United FC's Matheus Melo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Mazinho Vergílio hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Matheus Melo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Renan Quirino having to make a save. Real Kyuu's Renan Quirino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lúcio da Mata in the 92nd minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Palestrinos United FC fully deserved thier win.
