Yahya Kemal Düden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Varol Necid, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The supporters of Musabeyli FK booed when Nurdagi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osman Nuri Kürşat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tolga Kartal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yusuf Ziya Yeler having to interfere. Yahya Kemal Düden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Varol Necid in the 45th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tolga Kartal to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Tolga Kartal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yusuf Ziya Yeler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Varol Necid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ömer Rıza Yeten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Yahya Kemal Düden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ömer Rıza Yeten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Varol Necid in the 79th minute of play forced Nurdagi's goalkeeper Yahya Kemal Düden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
