After a defensive mix-up in ＰＡＣＨＥＣＯＥＮＳＥ's zone, José Paulo Mendonça stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cayetano Osoitz came out of the goal and José Paulo Mendonça tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. José Paulo Mendonça who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Cayetano Osoitz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 61st minute, Gildo Miranda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Retumbante FC made a substitution. Luiz Fernando Mota replaced Danilo Nogueira. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Retumbante FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
