Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernardo Abadie in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Doni Dias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Eagles FC fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Eagles FC's Bernardo Abadie looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Doni Dias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Abadie in the 26th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Silvério Tepedino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nestor Cedro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandro Donato in the 30th minute of the match. Eagles FC's Bernardo Abadie got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Doni Dias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Abadie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute Bernardo Abadie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doni Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olívio Cunha took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Doni Dias. FLA MQ BRASIL's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eagles FC's Nestor Cedro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horácio Queiroz in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Josh Fiteni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardo Abadie made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, FLA MQ BRASIL's goalkeeper Doni Dias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardo Abadie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denílson Cardoso in the 53rd minute of play forced Eagles FC's goalkeeper Nestor Cedro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Bernardo Abadie came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Eagles FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Abadie couldn't finish the play. Bernardo Abadie's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Doni Dias skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cornelio Marko hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute of the match Cássio Zonta sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Doni Dias skillfully saved the ball. Nestor Cedro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandro Donato in the 67th minute of the match. With his leg Doni Dias managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Eagles FC's Olívio Cunha fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in FLA MQ BRASIL's zone, Bernardo Abadie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doni Dias came out of the goal and Bernardo Abadie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Eagles FC booed when FLA MQ BRASIL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdir Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Doni Dias came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Eagles FC's Cássio Zonta. But to his dismay, Cássio Zonta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Chants of Eagles FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as FLA MQ BRASIL had held the ball for most of the match.
