When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sali Berisha made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Keefe Shorten reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Drino Lila. The goal made the score 1-2. With an all-out effort, Australia's Drino Lila threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Boyde Minne, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Australia would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
