Inocencio Felipo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Jonsson in the 18th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Penny lane F.C's zone, Luis Henrico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leszek Naskrent came out of the goal and Luis Henrico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nouvelle Vague's Inocencio Felipo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daníel Pasarell in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Nouvelle Vague's Anselmo Dracena got a free kick in the 22nd minute. With a little luck, Penny lane F.C's Leszek Naskrent got control of the ball when Luis Henrico tried to sneak it across the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Penny lane F.C's goalkeeper Leszek Naskrent had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Henrico. Luis Henricos short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Leszek Naskrent to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Leszek Naskrent made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Luis Henrico sent off a good shot on target. Inocencio Felipo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daníel Pasarell in the 46th minute of the match.

Nouvelle Vague's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valentin Lain was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Nouvelle Vague's zone, Samuel Jonsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inocencio Felipo came out of the goal and Samuel Jonsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daníel Pasarell got free with Inocencio Felipo in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leszek Naskrent came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Nouvelle Vague's Dobromir Dankowski. But to his dismay, Dobromir Dankowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The supporters of Penny lane F.C booed when Nouvelle Vague was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmiro Emeterio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Nouvelle Vague's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Jonsson came free, but Inocencio Felipo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Penny lane F.C's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
