Izydor Roman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Falcão Cunha having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Alessandro Luther hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's Jiang Fan Yun got a free kick in the 15th minute. 0-1 became the score in the 17th minute when Jiang Fan Yun elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 20th minute Augusto Saldanha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Högberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Rubens Rezende in the 22nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's Wit Malewicz. Radomil Nakonieczny recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gracie Barra's Falcão Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Izydor Roman in the 27th minute of play. With his leg Simon Högberg managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Gracie Barra's Nilton Botelho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 33 minutes into the match, Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Saldanha came free, but Simon Högberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute of the match Gracie Barra got a corner. Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Şamil Sağman ran over to the corner to take the kick. Emanuel de Lara made a great header on Gracie Barra's corner, it was just that Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's Simon Högberg managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augusto Saldanha in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Simon Högberg saved Wicher Wilchwy Come Back from getting behind. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's goalkeeper Simon Högberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Gracie Barra fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Gracie Barra's Augusto Saldanha looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gracie Barra's Snorri De Hond was substituted for Augusto Saldanha. Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Snorri De Hond was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gracie Barra fans cheered their team off the field, for while Wicher Wilchwy Come Back had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
