Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ebi Smolarek started the match with the kick off. A collision led to BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Bernard Cerocki hit a great ball. Ebi Smolarek hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Zbigniew Fudalej scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hieronim Babicki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hieronim Babicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbigniew Fudalej in the 8th minute of play. Ebi Smolarek took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucjan Wojno. Lucjan Wojno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Lucjan Wojno didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matthías Sammer went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Ebi Smolarek was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 17th minute. BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a defensive mix-up in Dzikie Węże i Herbata's zone, Stephan Chapuis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucjan Wojno came out of the goal and Stephan Chapuis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute, Ebi Smolarek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucjan Wojno was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Karl-Heinz Riedl struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Lucjan Wojno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój. Ebi Smolarek in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lucjan Wojno, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 28th minute, Ebi Smolarek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hieronim Babicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Ziombkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Ebi Smolarek received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lucjan Wojno came out and tried to block the shot, but Ebi Smolarek slotted it home off the left post making it 5-1 in the 32nd minute. Lucjan Wojno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ebi Smolarek's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój's Stephan Chapuis got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ebi Smolarek got free with Lucjan Wojno in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 41 minutes, Wincenty Rakowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój and the Dzikie Węże i Herbata players grew even worse after the yellow card. Wincenty Rakowski hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Lucjan Wojno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stephan Chapuis in the 44th minute. Jakub Ciborek charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jakub Ciborek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Jakub Ciborek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl-Heinz Riedl kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmund Ziombkowski was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój's Hieronim Babicki got control of the ball when Edmund Ziombkowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Ebi Smolarek notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Dzikie Węże i Herbata's Lucjan Wojno. Lucjan Wojno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 64th minute, Matthías Sammer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. Stephan Chapuis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Lucjan Wojno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Ebi Smolarek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bartlomiej Grondzki kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Ryszard Tyski managed to get in a good position for a shot. BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój's supporters rose to their feet, but Ryszard Tyski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucjan Wojno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lucjan Wojno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ebi Smolarek in the 78th minute of the match. Bartlomiej Grondzki's late challenge caught a BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bartlomiej Grondzki helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th match minute, Dzikie Węże i Herbata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartlomiej Grondzki to maneuver through the defense. Ryszard Tyski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 86 played minutes Dzikie Węże i Herbata got a freekick which was hit by Roman Skonieczny. Stephan Chapuis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute, Edmund Ziombkowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dzikie Węże i Herbata fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój had won after a very even match.
