Chlory's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Freddy Cordarrell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Freddy Cordarrell might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olaf Pietras. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Freddy Cordarrell ran back to his position shaking his head. Olaf Pietras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Cordarrell in the 19th minute of the match. Olaf Pietras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zézinho Lopez in the 21st minute of play. Chlory's Olaf Pietras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Cordarrell in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Freddy Cordarrell made a precise shot to the right of Olaf Pietras. Chlory's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zézinho Lopez in the 34th minute of play forced Chlory's goalkeeper Olaf Pietras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Freddy Cordarrell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olaf Pietras read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Olaf Pietras stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Freddy Cordarrell's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. The throw-in from Feliks Solibieda in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sport Club Mavericks's Timmy Zander. When Emerson Tande fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sport Club Mavericks's protests and gave Emerson Tande a yellow card for diving instead. After 45 played minutes Sport Club Mavericks got a freekick which was hit by Emerson Tande. In the 47th match minute, Chlory was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliks Solibieda to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Freddy Cordarrell's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Olaf Pietras skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 57th minute, Zézinho Lopez made a precise shot to the right of Olaf Pietras. Chlory's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Sport Club Mavericks's Emerson Tande quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Adam Kochanowicz, made in the 69th minute of the game. Olaf Pietras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudemiro Fragoso in the 70th minute of the match. Claudemiro Fragoso might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olaf Pietras. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudemiro Fragoso ran back to his position shaking his head. Olaf Pietras made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudemiro Fragoso in the 80th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudemiro Fragoso in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olaf Pietras prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Olaf Pietras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudemiro Fragoso in the 89th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the game, Zbyszko Ikalewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chlory's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sport Club Mavericks the free kick. The referee gave Sport Club Mavericks a penalty, 92 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Emerson Tande, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chlory's Olaf Pietras. 0-9. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chlory's goalkeeper Olaf Pietras, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Olaf Pietras made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Zézinho Lopez sent off a good shot on target. If Claudemiro Fragoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 99th minute Claudemiro Fragoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olaf Pietras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sport Club Mavericks had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
