Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) In the 4th match minute, Franja Dorada F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquilino Tajo to maneuver through the defense. After 6 minutes, Cosme Tanio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Franja Dorada F.C. and the YR Mechelen players grew even worse after the yellow card. Corneel Van Mechelen's late challenge caught a Franja Dorada F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Corneel Van Mechelen helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Franja Dorada F.C. booed when YR Mechelen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Corneel Van Mechelen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, YR Mechelen's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Paio came free, but Roni Van Hoyveldt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cosme Tanio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roni Van Hoyveldt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Patricio Abajas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roni Van Hoyveldt. YR Mechelen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patricio Abajas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Urbano Sagrario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 21 played minutes YR Mechelen got a freekick which was hit by Maurice Van Mechelen. YR Mechelen's Roni Van Hoyveldt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Paio in the 22nd minute of play. If Leonardo Paio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roni Van Hoyveldt came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Franja Dorada F.C.'s Patricio Abajas. But to his dismay, Patricio Abajas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Urbano Sagrario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roni Van Hoyveldt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Urbano Sagrario took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roni Van Hoyveldt. Roni Van Hoyveldt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

After a rather tough play, Franja Dorada F.C.'s Isidro Cordeal got a free kick in the 65th minute. Patricio Abajas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roni Van Hoyveldt having to interfere. Franja Dorada F.C.'s Leonardo Paio got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, YR Mechelen's goalkeeper Roni Van Hoyveldt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patricio Abajas. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Patricio Abajas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Franja Dorada F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Abajas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roni Van Hoyveldt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roni Van Hoyveldt was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leonardo Paio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 78 minute of play. Urbano Sagrario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Roni Van Hoyveldt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Franja Dorada F.C. made a substitution. Alfonso Palban replaced Urbano Sagrario. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Franja Dorada F.C.! In the 97th minute, Isidro Cordeal had to leave the field with a concussion. After 98 played minutes YR Mechelen got a freekick which was hit by Diederik Van Mechelen.
