Torbjörn Berglund was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mauro Bikendi scored 0-4 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Torbjörn Berglund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hans Rosendahl kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Mirande in the 23rd minute of play forced Leeds United FC's goalkeeper Torbjörn Berglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Melchor Mirande put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Torbjörn Berglund. 36 minutes into the match, Mauro Bikendi notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Leeds United FC's Torbjörn Berglund. Torbjörn Berglund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hilario Sagrario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Melchor Mirande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Torbjörn Berglund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, CORNUDOS Fútbol Club's Adolfo Enetz got control of the ball when Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half CORNUDOS Fútbol Club were leading 0-10. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Torbjörn Berglund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Melchor Mirande's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute Mauro Bikendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torbjörn Berglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute, Hilario Sagrario made a precise shot to the right of Torbjörn Berglund. Leeds United FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-11. In the 59th minute, Melchor Mirande reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Torbjörn Berglund. The goal made the score 0-12. Torbjörn Berglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Bikendi in the 69th minute of play. Marco Tabby kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Melchor Mirande came free with the goalkeeper in the 74th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Torbjörn Berglund could save by the left post. In the 75th minute, Melchor Mirande ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torbjörn Berglund was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-14. Melchor Mirande scored 0-15 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Torbjörn Berglund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Melchor Mirande could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Torbjörn Berglund made a huge save. Torbjörn Berglund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Melchor Mirande went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-17 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Mauro Bikendi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Torbjörn Berglund. That made the score 0-18 in the 90 minute of play. With a little luck, Leeds United FC's Torbjörn Berglund got control of the ball when Artemio Gora tried to sneak it across the goal line. Torbjörn Berglund was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Clodoveo Emeterio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-19 in the 94 minute of play. When the match was over CORNUDOS Fútbol Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Leeds United FC throughout the match.
