Valentīns Vitmanis scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bianco Garvetti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bianco Garvetti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentīns Vitmanis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Henrihs Rudgalvis sped through Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bianco Garvetti. 22 minutes into the match, Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС's goal looked a bit too open when Gastons Pavelskops came free, but Bianco Garvetti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentīns Vitmanis in the 23rd minute of play forced Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС's goalkeeper Bianco Garvetti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Black horses's zone, Lars-Erik Fredriksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Black horses:s goal. Valentīns Vitmanis shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Gastons Pavelskops got his second yellow card in the match during the 36th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrihs Rudgalvis in the 41st minute of play forced Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС's goalkeeper Bianco Garvetti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kārlis Blāķis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hampus Ekberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
