The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Matia during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ultra Copos FC ™ booed when Real Espartillar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Matia didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Abílio Vilhena notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Real Espartillar's Baldomero Burni. Baldomero Burni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 17 minutes into the match, Ultra Copos FC ™'s goalkeeper Albertino Leme had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Apolo Celio. Ultra Copos FC ™'s Abílio Vilhena got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 25 played minutes Ultra Copos FC ™ got a freekick which was hit by Ivo Graça. In the 26th minute, Cornelio Nel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albertino Leme was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Virgílio Guterres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ultra Copos FC ™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Virgílio Guterres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomero Burni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Virgílio Guterres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guilherme Belém hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Ultra Copos FC ™'s Albertino Leme got control of the ball when Adrian Ermano tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aurelio Distiratsu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Aurelio Distiratsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertino Leme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ultra Copos FC ™'s Albertino Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Nel in the 57th minute of play. Adrian Ermano hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Virgílio Guterres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Baldomero Burni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Matia hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Aurelio Distiratsu kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Virgílio Guterres got free with Baldomero Burni in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gonçalo Martins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Baldomero Burni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Adrian Ermano fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Espartillar's protests and gave Adrian Ermano a yellow card for diving instead. The Real Espartillar supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ultra Copos FC ™'s performance. The match ended with a win for Ultra Copos FC ™.
