AS Pikachuzim's Wilton Carneiro suffered a concussion after 21 minutes and had to leave the field. 21 minutes into the game, Eraldo Anastasi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AS Pikachuzim the free kick. AS Pikachuzim's Basílio Trigo was substituted for Wilton Carneiro. AS Pikachuzim's Tiago Lira got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 29th minute, AS Pikachuzim's Rodolfo Pinheiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bianco Arcari. Bianco Arcari yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. The supporters of AS Pikachuzim booed when G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eraldo Anastasi didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Davide Centofanti hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Pedro Luiz Matorin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferruccio Persichetti in the 51st minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, AS Pikachuzim's goal looked a bit too open when Ferruccio Persichetti came free, but Pedro Luiz Matorin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Lucas Reis fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AS Pikachuzim's protests and gave Lucas Reis a yellow card for diving instead. Lucas Reis kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The AS Pikachuzim players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
