The crowd rose to their feet as Eusébio Leão kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eugenios Klidis. That made the score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. After 37 played minutes Punk Fathers got a freekick which was hit by Fotis Barovios. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ponte do Carro! Rodrigo Amaro had in the 43rdth minute some difficulties stopping Fondas Kamelakos's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Rodrigo Amaro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fondas Kamelakos went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Eugenios Klidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusébio Leão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuno Sanches in the 57th minute of play forced Punk Fathers's goalkeeper Eugenios Klidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eugenios Klidis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Eusébio Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusébio Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexandre Lucena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Punk Fathers players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ponte do Carro.
