PHOENIX SC's Kurniawan Bisri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manos Papoutselis in the 13th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wawan Setiamiharja during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Leo Kawilarang came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the PHOENIX SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leo Kawilarang couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the game, Johan Assegaf lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Eugenios Klidis. If Bagol Kalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of Punk Fathers:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of PHOENIX SC:s goal. Punk Fathers:s Eugenios Klidis showed great skill when he stopped Johan Assegaf:s penalty. After a rather tough play, PHOENIX SC's Harseno Julianto got a free kick in the 28th minute. The supporters of Punk Fathers booed when PHOENIX SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andik Irama didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eugenios Klidis stood somewhat misplaced when Johan Assegaf came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 32 minute. If Manos Papoutselis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 36 played minutes PHOENIX SC got a freekick which was hit by Harseno Julianto. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Aris Bozonis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Punk Fathers's supporters rose to their feet, but Aris Bozonis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kurniawan Bisri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

PHOENIX SC's Deden Amiruddin was substituted for Bagol Kalla. PHOENIX SC's Achmad Sudarmaji was substituted for Januar Guntara. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Johan Assegaf to make the kick off. The Punk Fathers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eugenios Klidis should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute, Deden Amiruddin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leo Kawilarang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 66 played minutes, PHOENIX SC's Wawan Setiamiharja shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eugenios Klidis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PHOENIX SC reached it. Kurniawan Bisri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manos Papoutselis's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johan Assegaf in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugenios Klidis saved Punk Fathers from getting behind. Andik Irama hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johan Assegaf in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugenios Klidis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 84th minute, Johan Assegaf made a precise shot to the right of Eugenios Klidis. Punk Fathers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johan Assegaf in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugenios Klidis saved Punk Fathers from getting behind. When Fondas Kamelakos fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Punk Fathers's protests and gave Fondas Kamelakos a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johan Assegaf in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugenios Klidis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 94thth minute of the game Johan Assegaf who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Punk Fathers's Eugenios Klidis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. PHOENIX SC had won after a very even match.
