Maximo Bas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernandão Maia in the 10th minute of the match. Róbson Sanches could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Maximo Bas made a huge save. Maximo Bas made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Róbson Sanches sent off a good shot on target. When Fernandão Maia came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Milanis E.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernandão Maia couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute Lizer Berrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magno Braga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Fernandão Maia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maximo Bas. The goal made the score 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zé Carlos da Cunha to strike the kick off in the second half. Róbson Sanches kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. A collision led to Milanis E.C. getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Sérgio de Medeiros hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Milanis E.C.'s zone, Lano Berrez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magno Braga came out of the goal and Lano Berrez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Natã Salles kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Fernandão Maia made a precise shot to the right of Maximo Bas. C. A Chipa y Terere's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Lizer Berrio took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Magno Braga. Magno Braga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Everardo Tremiño charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Everardo Tremiño the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 73rd minute, Everardo Tremiño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 75 played minutes C. A Chipa y Terere got a freekick which was hit by Johans Gavela. Maximo Bas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denílson Coutinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jeronimo Betancur fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C. A Chipa y Terere's protests and gave Jeronimo Betancur a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th match minute, C. A Chipa y Terere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Betancur to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute of the match Vivaldo Garcia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maximo Bas skillfully saved the ball. In the 89th minute, C. A Chipa y Terere's Johans Gavela dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. Almir Teles kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. C. A Chipa y Terere's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
