After some careless play in the DENVER™ defense, Gheorghe Bociort kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Toninho Pinheiro. The DENVER™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Toninho Pinheiro should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Francisc Ciocoiu could shoot a difficult shot in the 77th minute, which Toninho Pinheiro however easily saved by the left post. Iacob Povară showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nilmar Freitas, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Luca Pancu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Toninho Pinheiro. Toninho Pinheiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. After 85 played minutes DENVER™ got a freekick which was hit by Denver Volante. In the 89th minute of the match F.C CLUJ MEDICINA got a corner. DENVER™'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alfonso Nastasio ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a little luck, DENVER™'s Toninho Pinheiro got control of the ball when Francisc Ciocoiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gheorghe Bociort recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Toninho Pinheiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gheorghe Bociort in the 95th minute. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA played a much better game than DENVER™ and deserved their victory. The DENVER™ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
