Viktor Hedbom's late challenge caught a Samurai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Viktor Hedbom helped the player get up and apologised. In the 5th match minute, Svartvallstjärnens IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viktor Hedbom to maneuver through the defense. Edward Jönsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allan Bivall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Edward Jönsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wu Qi in the 6th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wu Qi in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edward Jönsson saved Svartvallstjärnens IF from getting behind. In the 12th minute Wu Qi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Jönsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Svartvallstjärnens IF's goal looked a bit too open when Allan Bivall came free, but Edward Jönsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Edward Jönsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wu Qi in the 22nd minute of play. The supporters of Samurai booed when Svartvallstjärnens IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viggo Hellgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Joel Sandström was substituted for Nicklas Säf. A sloppy throw-in by Viggo Hellgren in the 28th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Samurai's Taha Campbell. Edward Jönsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wu Qi's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Vince Di Cola made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Frans Jagur sent off a good shot on target. In a very dangerous position, a player in Samurai fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! Frans Jagur shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Allan Bivall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edward Jönsson having to interfere. Frans Jagur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vince Di Cola read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Göran Cane recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Wu Qi came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Samurai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wu Qi couldn't finish the play. In the 89th match minute, Samurai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Morgan Vassenius to maneuver through the defense. After 92 minutes of play, Samurai's Wu Qi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edward Jönsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 98th minute, Svartvallstjärnens IF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Wu Qi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a little luck, Svartvallstjärnens IF's Edward Jönsson got control of the ball when Wu Qi tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Samurai players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
