Dewa Gol showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Dewa Gol in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arnold Steward, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 17th minute, Bawang Merah fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Arnold Steward, passed just outside the right post. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Stowe City's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bawang Merah was slow to take the kick. During this time SAPI FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Bawang Merah got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arnold Steward quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Stowe City's Arnold Steward got control of the ball when Dewa Gol tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as SAPI FC's Dewa Gol slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arnold Steward. That made the score 2-1 after 37 minutes of play. After 42 minutes Stowe City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bawang Merah who took care of the corner kick. 46 minutes into the match, SAPI FC's Dewa Gol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnold Steward narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
Bawang Merah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61st match minute, SAPI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olof Mellberg to maneuver through the defense. Paijo Sutrisna made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Ronnie Herron sent off a good shot on target. Tyo Syarifudin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute, Dewa Gol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dewa Gol in the 72nd minute of play forced Stowe City's goalkeeper Arnold Steward to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Dewa Gol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Stowe City's goalkeeper Arnold Steward, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, Stowe City's goal looked a bit too open when Dewa Gol came free, but Arnold Steward reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute Phil Joyner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paijo Sutrisna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
